Previously Marketing & Sales Vice President of Ford Lio Ho, he joined the company as an Engine Engineering Supervisor in 1976. Phil Spender, the former President of the company will undertake a new assignment as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ford Motor (China) Ltd.
