Miyachi Europe has announced the availability of its new premium Hot Bar monitoring system, designed for Hot Bar refl ow soldering, heat-seal bonding, ACFbonding and heat staking applications. The company says the new system measures force, temperature, time and displacement, allowing continuous control throughout the entire process cycle. It is equipped with the new MG3 premium Hot Bar monitor with dual channel capability. The MG3 features on-screen SPC capability that generates real time monitoring and it offers up to 99 available schedules plus password protection for security says Miyachi. The unit has a modern interface infrastructure with RS232 or Ethernet TCP/IP. Process interrupt functions enable the operator to steer the bonding process.  www.miyachieurope.com
