Werth Messtechnik has introduced its new ScopeCheck MB multi-sensor coordinate measuring machine for the analysis of large-volume components in a shopfl oor environment. The ScopeCheck MB has a measurement range of up to 800mm in the X-axis and 2,000mm in the Y-axis. Dimensional measurement using tactile, image processing technology or laser sensors is possible with the integration of the Werth multi-sensor concept. Free-form 3D surfaces can be quickly and completely measured by using the Laser Line Probe sensor with the same coordinate system. The ScopeCheck MB unit uses the WinWerth measuring software for easy and effi cient machine operation via the built-in graphic user interface. The modular construction of the measuring machine allows it to be easily modifi ed for future requirements after the initial installation.
