The decision was taken in line with the recent phased lifting of lock down measures announced by the Italian Government. The company says it has intensified the safety measures in place for the workforce, including disinfection and sanitisation of all working environments, the use of protective masks to be worn throughout the period working on-site and an increase in the number of hand disinfectant dispensers. In addition, all employees will have their body temperature measured before entering the workplace and Brembo has introduced a series of changes that limits the presence of people both in the workplace and public areas.

During the shutdown, Brembo says it has focused its efforts on implementing and reinforcing safety measures, following the instructions of the authorities.
