India – Daimler Trucks announced three senior appointments effective from June 1. Erich Nesselhauf, currently head of Supplier Management and Logistics Trucks Asia India, will become managing director and CEO of Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV). His predecessor, Marc Llistosella, will lead the reorganised Marketing, Sales and Aftersales, Trucks Asia and DICV. Kai-Uwe Seidenfuss, currently head of Marketing, Sales and Aftersales at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC), will become head of Corporate Audit.
Nesselhauf will be based in Chennai, India, and will report to Llistosella. He has been involved in the greenfield site since 2008.
Llistosella will work from Tokyo, reporting as previously to Albert Kirchmann, president and CEO, MFTBC, and head of Daimler Trucks Asia. He has led DICV from the planning phase as a greenfield project.
Seidenfuss will report to Dieter Zetsche, chairman of the board of management of Daimler and head of Mercedes-Benz Cars.
