An inside look at production of the second-generation Acura NSX in Marysville, Ohio

The Acura Performance Manufacturing Center (PMC) in Marysville, Ohio is the only facility in North America to produce the second-generation NSX. It includes a bodyshop where fully automated MIG welding for body construction is carried out, with robots applying 860 welds to each aluminium-intensive frame. The supercars spend five days in the paintshop, where robots and workers apply 17 millimeters of paint, three times more than the average production car.
