Troy, MI. – The Original Equipment Supplier Association has appointed Jim McElya, the CEO of Cooper-Standard Automotive, as chairman of its board. McElya was previously Vice Chairman.
As CEO, McElya will lead OESA – made of 400 automotive suppliers with sales exceeding $300 billion – to address common concerns, such as rising raw material prices and developing better relationships with automakers and other suppliers.
