Schwartz claims it has introduced a number of technical improvements on its heat treatment equipment. To reduce power consumption and lower emissions at the operator's site, the company says its equipment now features furnace casings, ensuring leak-tightness and low energy losses.
The conveyors are claimed to be universally suitable for different component shapes and allow accurate positioning for automatic loading and unloading. The equipment also features air guide systems, adaptable to the specific product, ultra-close temperature tolerances on the product exit side through the use of air knives and durable conveyor chains, deflection shafts and sprockets with tensioning devices to minimise wear.
