US – The appointees include Hermann Waldemer, who was most recently CFO at Philip Morris International and replaces Douglas Steenland, who leaves the board at the expiration of his tenure.
The other new board members are: Reid Bigland, who is head of US Sales for Chrysler as well as leading Chrysler Canada and Ram Truck and being a member of the Fiat Group Executive Council (GEC); Giorgio Fossati, general counsel, Fiat; Michael Keegan, SVP – HR and corporate sustainability officer, Chrysler, and GEC member; Michael Manley, president and CEO – Jeep, Chrysler, COO for APAC and lead executive for International Operations, Chrysler, and GEC member; and Richard Palmer, CFO for both Chrysler and Fiat, and GEC member.
The appointments became effective on Jun 10, 2014. All other directors have continued in office and the Chrysler board now consists of 13 members.
