An up-rated version of Hosokawa Micron’s plug-and-play fettling trolley has been introduced.

The company says the unit’s brush guarded, split side panels allow the it to accommodate larger parts and it has a simplified, quick change filter design that is constantly monitored by alarm activating pressure gauges.

A back-draft extraction booth is designed to provide a safe working environment for operators undertaking polishing, drilling or filing activities where airborne particles are generated.

The addition of a Perspex shield at the top of the chamber gives added protection from flying debris, without restricting the operator’s movements within the chamber.
