Paris, France – Renault has selected Francois Provost, former COO of Renault Russia, as the new CEO of its subsidiary Renault Samsung Motors. He replaces Jean- Marie Hurgier, who had been head of the South Korean subsidiary since 2006.
Provost joined Renault in 2002 after serving in the French government. In 2005 he was appointed MD of Renault-Nissan in Portugal, before becoming head of Renault’s worldwide sales and marketing division.
