Japan – Osamu Masuko, who is currently president, will become chairman of the board and CEO; the incumbent chairman, Takashi Nishioka, will retire. Managing director Tetsuro Aikawa will become president and COO.
The appointments have been approved by Mitsubishi Motors’ board of directors but are subject to approval at the ordinary shareholders’ meeting on June 25, 2014.
