The webinar has presented an overview about the latest trends in automotive laser applications.

We demonstrated the application fields in press shop, e.g. cutting of hotformed materials, body shop (welding and brazing) as well as powertrain, e.g. welding of gears, clutches, and others.

In the field of laser remote processing - we focused on remote welding and cutting.

Laser technology delivers cost savings, energy saving as well as reduction of weight and constructed space. Benefits in terms of increased productivity, decreased component cost and reduced floor space will be illustrated.
