Laserax claims its inline laser marking solutions meet the traceability requirements of automotive parts manufacturers. The company says this equipment comes with environment-controlled cabinets for laser sources and controllers and is equipped with dust and fume extraction and with airflow management units.
It’s claimed these laser marking processes will withstand heat treatments and surface finishing, such as ecoating and shotblasting. Parts can therefore be identified earlier in the manufacturing process.
