US – Leaving his role as head of OE Tire Sales and Marketing at The Yokohama Rubber Co. (YRC) in Tokyo, Japan, Takaharu Fushimi will move to California as CEO of Yokohama Corporation North America (YCNA). It will be his second assignment in America.
Fushimi will be responsible for strategic operations in North America as well as overseeing multiple subsidiaries and business units responsible for sales and marketing, OE business and manufacturing.
Previously, Fushimi worked as chief financial officer at the YCNA subsidiary Yokohama Tire Corporation (YTC), before returning to the Yokohama headquarters in Japan in 2007. He then occupied various posts, including his most recent role.
