Francois BanconHong Kong – From the beginning of April, Francois Bancon will have overall responsibility for the Infiniti product portfolio, which the company plans to increase by 60% over the next five years, more than doubling its powertrain offering.
 
Bancon is currently division general manager for Nissan, overseeing product strategy and planning for the Exploratory and Advanced Product Department. He has led product planning for the company in this role since 2005, having joined Nissan six years earlier as GM in charge of perceived quality within the Design team.

As vice-president, Product Strategy, Bancon will be based at the global headquarters in Hong Kong and report to Johan de Nysschen, president of Infiniti.
