尽管欧洲经济深陷困境,但是西班牙的汽车制造业却出现转机。In this article:RenaultFordPSANissanGMVW GroupMercedes西班牙经济的土崩瓦解被视为欧洲经济动荡的一个典型标志。汽车销量的直线下滑也体现了该国的经济困境。西班牙政府立即做出反应,推出了一系列提高销量的干预措施,比如“PIVE”项目。第一个版本于2012年推出,最近又推出了PIVE7,于2015年3月正式生效。最新规划里提到,每辆车折扣2-3,000欧元,预期增加制造175,000辆;西班牙政府当然非常希望,这些车都在当地制造。除了通过PIVE项目提高汽车销量之外,政府和汽车业还提出一个任务,促进生产,保持汽车业在该国长期的发展。西班牙汽车贸易团体ANFAC估计,2014年西班牙的汽车制造厂共投入15亿欧元。自经济危机以来,又增加了35亿欧元的投入。该投资项目是西班牙“3百万计划”的一部分,该计划是2012年由ANFAC和西班牙政府提出,目的是提高西班牙汽车生产,达到每年300万辆,远高于法国和英国的计划。目前,西班牙离这个目标还很远,但是仍向这个方向前进;下面提到的许多投资都证明,西班牙正在离这个目标越来越近。ANFAC透露的数据显示,去年西班牙制造了240万辆汽车,预计2015年的产量会接近260万辆。尽管计划里的都不是本国品牌,但是西班牙国内拥有许多汽车制造商的工厂,数量超过10家。重要的是,在西班牙的工厂对这些品牌全球战略来说,都举足轻重。对在西班牙的大多数品牌来说,西班牙既是在欧洲的重要生产地,也是有些全球范围的重点。因此,转走西班牙的生产将会产生昂贵的成本,而且会带来毁灭性的结果。而且,西班牙近些年的投资项目都含有很高的出口因素。传统上讲,西班牙工厂生产的汽车主要出口到欧洲市场,但是随着西班牙车型的拓宽,销售足迹也逐渐投向其他市场,比如俄罗斯、以色列、中国、北非、土耳其、巴西和美国。雷诺:背离初衷2012年11月,在刚刚宣布“3百万计划”之后,雷诺西班牙就推出了自己的行业规划。其中包括扩建Palencia和Valladolid工厂,以及Seville的动力系统工厂。在Valladolid,Captur B-段跨界车的生产已经远远超过原来的预想。出口韩国和中国,以及欧洲销量脱缰,都给供应链施加过多的压力,这使工厂和供应商都花了很长时间才适应了高需求。2014年共生产了210,000辆Captur汽车,其中大约有18,000辆汽车冠以Samsung QM3的品牌在韩国销售。在Captur大获成功之后,雷诺已经宣布要在Palaencia工厂制造大型跨界车Kadjar。这与Nissan Qashqai是平行车,共享CMF C-D平台,该平台支持Qashiqai, Nassan Rogue和新一代Megane和Scenic汽车。60%的Kadjar零部件都与Qashqai差不多,于2015年1月开始生产,5月份的日产量将超过360辆,6月份将达到460辆。Kadjar的年产量将达到100,000辆,但是还低于Qashqai的产量。 Palencia还是Megane汽车的主要生产厂,并于2015年10月开始制造新车型。为了满足需求,今年年底开始实行3班制。福特:失之欧洲,收之西班牙在欧洲失利多年之后,福特决定将Mondeo, S-MAX和Galaxy车型从比利时的Genk转至Valencia。对此,公司投资26亿美元。2015年的产量将达到400,000辆,而平均年产量是450,000辆。新车型的生产加上Kuga SUV和Transit/ Tourneo Connect货车,每天总生产量达到2,000辆,而员工数量也从5,000名(2013年)增至8,000辆。Valencia是这些车型在欧洲的唯一产地(这些车型也在俄罗斯生产,但是只在当地市场销售)。提高生产和增加新车型意味着,该厂现在要处理18,000个零部件,而过去只有7,000个。为了提高生产力,并能灵活处理6种车型和更多的车体风格,工厂新建了一个汽车车体修理厂。Mondeo的生产要需要安装机床,用高强钢制造第一个含氢零部件。工厂还新建了一个喷漆厂,里面的自动扶梯能根据应用程序移动晾干,还有新的污垢检测技术。在汽车车体修理厂里增加了900多个机器人,转配车间里也增加了34个机器人。PSA: 坚韧的Vigor, Cactus拯救了马德里公司在西班牙北部Vigo的工厂是最大的工厂之一。工厂主要生产较高车体紧凑车,比如C4 Picasso和Berlingo和Parter货车。刚开始生产时,这些汽车不经过PSA法国的喷漆厂,工厂的成功带来Vigo后续车型的生产。2015年4月,PSA和GM公司证实,将从联盟中选择一个车型添加到Vigo工厂。从2017年晚些时候开始,将要生产新一代Berlingo和Partner B-段货车,和mini-MPV汽车,并且会替换菲亚特旗下Opel和Vauxhall Combo汽车。到2018年,这些车型的产量将会占到总产量500,000的一半左右。Vigo在斯洛伐克Trnava工厂之前就赢得了新合约,此前与工会达成协议,2015年和2016年的工资不变,因为通胀率在1.5%以下。Vigo工厂的竞争潜力在前几年就初露锋芒,那时PSA决定生产经济效益较高的Peugeot 301和Citroen C-Elysee车型,面向新兴市场出售,比如土耳其、中东和北非。事实证明,这样的车型并不一定要在传统意义的低成本地区生产。然而,PSA不仅在Vigo投资,还在马德里工厂投资2.37亿欧元。很多分析家分析,马德里工厂很可能会关闭。C4 Cactus外观独特,加上防剐蹭air-bumps外观,大小与Peugeot 308和3008相似,但却是在Peugeot 207平台上制造。C4 Cactus的成功所带动的需求,使工厂从去年11月份开始增加倒班次数。尽管C4 Cactus取得一定的成功,但是从短期来看,它的产量还不足工厂200,000总量的一半。去年,该车型总产量还不足60,000辆,包括207紧凑型和CC车型。207掀背式汽车的生产从2014年6月开始停止,但是CC车型的生产一直持续到2015年,但是现在也已经停止了。Cactus的重要性在于,没有它,工厂几乎没有什么可生产的了;该车型带来了1,600个就业岗位,而且如果进入满负荷生产的话,还会带来200个岗位。Nissan: 从桑德兰拓展到巴塞罗那日产在英国桑德兰的工厂基本上已经满员。自从决定制造Infiniti Q30和QX30以来,桑德兰工厂就无法制造C-段汽车了。未充分利用的巴塞罗那工厂就成为直接受益方,得到1.3亿欧元,制造Pulsar汽车,成为Almera的替代车型,年生产量达到80,000辆。这是4.31亿欧元投资的一部分,该计划包括生产新款皮卡车(以日产、雷诺和梅赛德斯的名义出售),英国Lead电动车和巴塞罗那NV200货车的变速箱。雷诺-日产-戴姆勒联盟已经涉足皮卡车领域。最近,戴姆勒和日产联合开发一款中型皮卡车,这是戴姆勒第一次涉足这个领域。该皮卡车是在巴塞罗那日产公司里的新款NP300 Nissan平台上,以及科尔多瓦雷诺工厂里制造。生产出的汽车将冠以梅赛德斯、日产和雷诺的品牌出售。生产将于2020年开始,三个品牌在西班牙的年总产量将达到120,000辆。GM: 韩国的产量不足,转战扎拉格萨通用现在处于扩大扎拉格萨生产的中期。升级版Meriva的生产始于2014年,而更新后的Corsa也在生产中。公用已经投资8,000万欧元进行Mokka SUV全散件装配生产。在工厂准备从2017年投入满负荷生产之前,不会有进一步投资了。Mokka全散件生产在扎拉格萨进行,是因为在韩国的该车型生产无法满足市场需求。除了Mokka汽车,工厂在还准备替换Citroen C3 Picasso和Opel Meriva车型。鉴于PSA-GM联盟夭折,扎拉格萨将会是PSA Opel唯一赢利的工厂。2014年的总产量将超过298,000辆,接近500,000大关。增加Mokka和新款PSA-GM车型,需要扎拉格萨满负荷生产。到2017年为止,扎拉格萨的产量会超过400,000辆,有可能超过450,000辆。为了兑现数百万欧元的投资(从2013年开始的4年投资计划),工厂需要生产这个系列。VW 集团:Seat命运发生大转变潘普洛纳是Polo在欧洲的唯一生产地,2014年的产量不足306,000辆,其中的85,000辆是深受青睐的A05 Polo汽车。这种平衡的原因归于从4月末开始生产的新车型(MQB平台上制造的)。最近在潘普洛纳的投资,主要用于喷漆厂和环保技术上,据说这在大众集团内最先进。集团在西班牙最主要车型,Seat在这几年遭遇滑铁卢,但开始出现转机,产量有所提高。2014年,该车型的产量近443,000辆,2013年的产量为390,000辆。出现增长的主要因素是,2012年Audi决定将欧洲Q3 SUV的生产转到马托雷利。这个决定使工厂的年产量增加了大约100,000辆。有趣的是,就像Audi帮助Seat推进西班牙生产一样,Seat车型在未来也会帮助决定品牌的未来,比如在捷克共和国生产Skoda车型。第一个车型是Toledo(和Skoda Rapid一样,但有一些风格上的改变);将来Seat SUV的一款车型也将由Skoda制造,但是至少会有1个或2个SUV车型会在西班牙Seat工厂制造。Mercedes: 投资LCV梅赛德斯在两个方面非常活跃:西班牙北部维多利亚的货车制造厂,以及在新近成立的戴姆勒-雷诺-日产联盟上。2014年,梅赛德斯在维多利亚完成1.9亿欧元的投资,生产新款V-级 MPV和Vito货车;工厂的年产量大约有75-80,000辆。V-级汽车的生产始于3月,而Vito的生产将于8月开始。这将是Vito第一次在北美地区出售。投资主要是为了改进汽车车体修理厂、喷漆厂和普通装配区。装配区里有新的同坐标测量仪,能够确定白车身装配1mm以内的距离;还有新的光学测量仪;一个新的打蜡设备;以及激光、机器人和自动化设备。新款皮卡车的细节在上面已经提到。
