Survey Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over who complete the associated survey.
- Employees of Ultima Media, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Requirements
- To enter, participants must complete the full survey.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- To participate in the prize draw, respondents must provide full contact details.
3. Prize
- The prize is described on the survey landing page.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received within 1 month of survey closing date.
- The winner will only be selected from participants that have provided full contact details.
5. Notification
- The winner will be notified via [email or phone] within 1 month of the survey closing date.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
Data Protection
- Personal data provided during the survey will be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw and survey campaign execution in accordance with Ultima Media’s privacy policy.
7. General
- Ultima Media reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice.
