Rockwell Automation appoints Emmanuel Guilhamon as sustainability leader
Emmanuel Guilhamon brings extensive experience in sales, strategy, and renewable energy to drive Rockwell Automation’s sustainability initiatives, helping manufacturers achieve their ESG goals.

Rockwell Automation, a leading provider of industrial automation and digital transformation solutions, has announced the appointment of Emmanuel Guilhamon as Vice President of Sustainability. Effective July 1, Guilhamon will report to Becky House, Senior Vice President, Chief People and Legal Officer.
Rockwell has a long history of partnering with leading automotive manufacturers, such as Ford, GM and Toyota, providing innovative automation solutions that have helped the industry improve efficiency, quality and sustainability.
Guilhamon’s appointment, and his position within Rockwell’s overall corporate structure demonstrates the critical intersection between automation and sustainability initiatives across the board. In his new role, he will spearhead Rockwell’s global sustainability initiatives, and lead the corporate sustainability team, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to advance Rockwell’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments. Guilhamon’s expertise is expected to be instrumental in developing innovative solutions that help automotive manufacturers achieve their sustainability goals.

Guilhamon joined Rockwell in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in sales, strategy, and renewable energy. Prior to his current role, he served as Sales Director for Strategic Account Heavy Industries. His previous experience at Schlumberger and Cysalys has equipped him with a strong foundation in engineering, field service, and account management.
Guilhamon holds a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ESIEE Paris and a TRIUM Global Executive MBA from NYU Stern, LSE, and HEC Paris.
As Vice President of Sustainability, Guilhamon will be based at Rockwell’s headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
