Watch this webinar recording to learn how PHS solutions are having a drastic impact on the carbon footprint of lightweight concepts.

Discover how PHS concepts can be profitable regarding CO2 emissions and weight saving and discover the wealth of opportunities from Arcelormittal new generation of steels and coatings for hot stamping.

Discover Usibor 2000 AS & Ductibor 1000 AS forces explaining their first serial applications in 2019/20:

  • Usibor 2000 AS excellent crash ductility and resistance against delayed fracture confirmed by the market,
  • Ductibor 1000 AS excellent local ductility in bending, and a weight saving potential of more than 20% compared to a reference in DP600,
  • Ultraprotect superior protection against red rusting for new weight saving opportunities with PHS in the underbody,
  • Usibor® 1500 with Xcarb® recycled and renewably produced substrate for 70% of C02 savings.

The new generation of steels and coatings for hot stamping will allow your business to multiply weight saving opportunities through the extension of the use of PHS in the BIW and contribute to the reduction of the carbon footprint of the BIW.

Compatible with AMTB laser welding process, they will contribute to more efficient and performant ArcelorMittal Multi Parts IntegrationTM concepts with further reductions of costs, weight and CO2 emissions.
