US – After 32 years of service, Paul Mascarenas is retiring as chief technical officer and vice-president, Research and Advanced Engineering, effective October 1. He will be replaced as vice-president by former Lockheed Martin executive Ken Washington, who will report to Raj Nair, group vice-president, Global Product Development.
In addition, Kumar Galhotra will take over as vice-president and president at Lincoln, while Jim Holland will succeed him as vice-president, Vehicle Component and Systems Engineering. Galhotra will assume his new role on September 1, reporting to Ford president and CEO Mark Fields. Holland will report to Nair.
