In the single spindle field up to 26mm diameter, the DECO range offers great capabilities for all turning requirements from medium to complex parts. In order to answer application requirements for simple parts, the company offers a new range of machines with the best pricepossibility ratio. In the multispindle field, the company is working in several directions. The MultiDECO range will be complemented by machines in two opposite directions, i.e. more complexity and more simplicity with MultiAlpha 6x32 and 8x20. Tornos can offer a very efficient solution to the single spindle and multispindle market, thanks to the TB-DECO concept. The machines running under that concept are capable of executing parts at production rates never before achieved with respect to numeric control and high levels of complexity. The advantages of the DECO concept, namely the combination of versatility and productivity, are always appreciated by clients as they help them to work just-in-time.

Programming and pre-setting in hidden times, changeover times reduced to minimum, high precision and productivity allow customers in the automotive field to change their perception of what real flexibility means. This achievement is attributed to the inventiveness and know-how of Tornos designers who have made various modifications and adaptations, i.e. at mechanical planning level, control electronics, safety (mechanical) and parts recovery.
