PRIMA INDUSTRIE laser machines have been extensively used for automotive applications for more than two decades. However, in the last few years, the accent has shifted more towards mass production, stressing requirements in term of cycle time reduction, reliability and maintenability. That's why the latest generation of PRIMA machines, the RAPIDO EVOLUZIONE, features double speed and acceleration, leading to a third more productivity.

Direct motors and transducers on the focusing head give rise to unprecedented dynamics and accuracy. The head breaks away in case of impact, for a total protection, and it is modular so that it can be fitted with the most proper tools for the specific application, cutting and/or welding. Today high production needs make automatic systems for workpiece loading/ unloading always more essential.
