Redefining CMM performance
The Metris LK Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) cover a wide range
of measurement accuracies, speeds and volumes. They feature:
- Innovative design and material usage to guarantee high-accuracy high-speed measurements
- Transparent multi-sensor support including touch trigger, analog scanning and laser scanning
- Temperature compensation of the whole measurement chain
- Remote system diagnosis
Product highlights include:
- Libero bridge CMM for high-accuracy and high-speed powertrain inspection
- HC90 horizontal arm machine for in-line and next-to-the-line body inspection
- CAMIO CMM inspection software
Full inspection capabilities on the shop floor
The K-series optical CMM system offers a portable alternative to fixed CMM,
enabling on-site fixture checking, part inspection and assembly troubleshooting.
K-series can be equipped both with a handheld touch trigger probe and a laser
scanner (K-Scan).
Its unique dynamic measurement capabilities make it possible to capture
transient motion like the closing of a door or the opening of a convertible roof. Kseries
is also used for robot calibration enabling full off-line robot programming
eliminating time consuming teach-in procedures.
The Metris Headquarters are based in Leuven (Belgium) with additional
production and development centres in the UK (Derby, London) US (California,
Virginia), China, Russia, India and Bulgaria. Metris provides a worldwide
network of sales and support offices located in Europe, Asia, and the United States.
